"Regular Customer Feels Hurt" Sets Fire to Signboard and Turns Himself In
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju Northern Police Station announced on the 8th that they have booked Lee Mo (46) without detention on suspicion of arson for setting fire to an air light located on the road in front of a store.
Lee is suspected of setting fire to and completely burning an air light installed on the sidewalk in front of a pub in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, at around 3:55 a.m. the previous day.
After setting the fire, Lee reportedly called 112 himself to report, "I set the fire," and then sat on the pub stairs.
Investigations revealed that Lee, a regular customer who frequents the place, set the fire out of resentment.
