OB Lager Opens Popup Store 'OB-Lager Softness Lab'
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] OB Beer announced on the 8th that it has opened a pop-up store for its OB Lager brand called the ‘OB-Lager Softness Lab’ in collaboration with popular restaurants in Seoul and Suwon.
The pop-up stores are located at three popular restaurants: ‘Cheongchun Galbi’ near Konkuk University Station, ‘88 Seonsuchon’ in Songpa Food Alley, and ‘Bulro Gunpocha’ in Suwon. OB Lager designed the spaces to provide young consumers, especially those in their 20s and 30s who frequent these areas, with an enjoyable brand experience. The OB-Lager Softness Lab will operate until July 31.

The OB-Lager Softness Lab is decorated with large images of OB Lager’s signature character, ‘Lalabear,’ and witty expressions such as ‘Yeogiragom~’ (Here’s a bear~). The pop-up stores offer various attractions for consumers, including an event postcard wall, stamp collection, photo zones, and a roulette game. Additionally, a ‘Lalabear Slow Mailbox’ is installed at the store entrance, where visitors can write letters to their future selves or acquaintances and receive them by mail one month later. Every Friday and Saturday, ‘Lalabear’ will personally greet customers at the stores.
