Martial Arts, Hosts 'Europe Consumer Goods Online Video Export Consultation'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] The Korea International Trade Association held the "European Consumer Goods Virtual Export Consultation" at COEX in Samseong-dong on the 3rd.
The event was attended by 14 buyers from 10 countries including the UK, Poland, Norway, Turkey, Romania, Lithuania, and Latvia, as well as 38 domestic companies. Major buyers included Change Center, which distributes healthcare devices and health foods in 16 European countries including Romania, and Novex Group, a distribution specialist company from the UK.
Reflecting the popularity of Hallyu in Europe, buyers showed great interest in Korean cosmetics and health foods, and export consultations were also held for various products such as healthcare devices, household goods, and lighting.
The Trade Association has been holding weekly online virtual export consultations since March to support Korean companies facing difficulties in export marketing due to COVID-19.

On the 10th, an export consultation themed "Consumer Goods for the American Market" is planned, and on the 17th, a consultation themed "New Southern Market Entry" will be held jointly with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Joint consultations with the Korea Creative Content Agency and the World-OKTA (World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations) are also being promoted.
