Renault Samsung Offers Free 'Premium Inspection Service' Throughout June
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Renault Samsung Motors announced on the 2nd that it will provide a free "Premium Inspection Service" throughout June, offering a detailed check of vehicle conditions.
Renault Samsung's "Premium Inspection Service" goes beyond the existing free inspection service of 17 items by checking 36 items, enabling more meticulous management and precise diagnosis.
Originally a paid service, it will be offered free of charge only during June. From July, it will be available for 20,000 KRW including VAT. Customers who newly register on the application during June will additionally receive a 5,000 KRW maintenance discount coupon usable on their next visit in July.
The service subdivides general inspections such as tires, air conditioning, and oils, as well as interior and exterior lights, brake pads and discs, engine mount conditions, constant velocity joint boots, and other items. For example, the previously combined inspection item of lamps and bulbs has been detailed into interior lights, headlights, turn signals, tail lights, brake lights, license plate lights, and reverse lights.
Furthermore, if any defects are found during the premium inspection service, notifications about the timing for additional maintenance will be sent through the "MY Renault Samsung" application. This helps drivers conveniently manage their vehicle maintenance schedules.
Kim Tae-jun, Head of Sales at Renault Samsung, said, "We introduced the 36-item premium inspection service with subdivided inspection items to ensure more thorough customer safety management," adding, "We hope customers experience the premium inspection service through the free inspection event during June ahead of the hot summer season."
