Lexus Launches Compact SUV 'UX 250h F SPORT'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Lexus Korea announced on the 2nd that it will newly add the ‘Lexus UX 250h F SPORT’ to the UX lineup and begin sales.
The ‘UX 250h’ is Lexus’s first compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) introduced in Korea in 2019. The newly launched ‘UX 250h F SPORT’ features sporty design elements such as a mesh-pattern spindle grille and 18-inch aluminum wheels, combined with a premium sports package that includes a sports seat to help maintain the driver’s posture and an 8-inch color TFT LCD multi-meter, providing various functions that enhance driving enjoyment. It is characterized by adding the unique sensibility of F SPORT to the distinctive personality of the existing UX 250h.
The F SPORT-exclusive mesh-pattern grille design, harmonized with triple-beam LED headlamps, offers a sleek image. The rear aero light blade, inspired by the rear wing of a racing car, connects the left and right rear lamps in a parallel straight line, expressing the unique character of the UX while also serving an aerodynamic function (common to UX 250h). Additionally, with the addition of F SPORT-exclusive colors such as White Nova, Heat Blue, Khaki, and Red, a total of nine color options are now available.
The F SPORT-exclusive sports seat is designed to distribute pressure that burdens the body, reducing driving fatigue and helping maintain the driver’s posture.
Byungjin Lee, Executive Director of Lexus Korea, said, “Lexus is a brand equipped with a premium hybrid SUV lineup suitable for various lifestyles,” and added, “We are confident that the UX 250h F SPORT will be the best choice for customers seeking a dynamic and sophisticated style.”
The price of the UX 250h F SPORT is 50.7 million KRW (recommended retail price, including VAT, based on 1.5% individual consumption tax).

Meanwhile, to commemorate the launch of the UX 250h F SPORT, the ‘Run Campaign (RX, UX, NX Campaign)’ will be held. Various programs will be carried out, including an online hashtag event where participants can test drive premium hybrid SUV vehicles, a special exhibition of the SUV lineup at Lexus’s automotive complex cultural space Connect2, and the launch of four seasonal drinks themed around running in collaboration with young farmers.
