SBI Hope Savings Project Cambodia Edition Wins Best Advertisement Award
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] SBI Savings Bank announced on the 1st that its social contribution campaign 'SBI Hope Savings Project Cambodia Edition' won the 28th Good Advertisement Award chosen by the people.
This advertising award ceremony, hosted by the Korea Advertisers Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, marked its 28th year this year.
The SBI Hope Savings Project is a campaign conducted to introduce the purpose and activities of the volunteer group SBI Hope Sharing Global Expedition, launched to help disadvantaged children worldwide, and to share its public interest with the public.
The Cambodia edition of the campaign, which won the award at this ceremony, introduced various volunteer activities carried out last May in villages and schools in Phnom Penh and Prey Veng regions of Cambodia.

The campaign received excellent evaluations for its various programs for local children and residents, especially for repairing and donating abandoned bicycles in Korea to Cambodian students who need bicycles for commuting to and from school, providing practical help tailored to local circumstances.
