SK Magic Expands Customer Experience 'Brand Zone'... "Strategic Partnership with SK Telecom"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] SK Magic announced on the 1st that it will introduce the 'Brand Zone,' a brand experience space within SK Telecom's T World stores.
The SK Magic Brand Zone is a complex experience space where customers can try products such as water purifiers, air purifiers, and massage chairs through professional consultants, as well as relax. On-site consultations for rental products and product purchases are also available.
The SK Magic Brand Zone is currently operating at Cheonho Intersection and Bulgwang Central stores in Seoul, and Westom Dome store in Gyeonggi Province. SK Magic plans to open additional locations, including Dangsan Station in Seoul and Suwon Yeongtong in Gyeonggi, by the end of this month. To strengthen customer contact points, SK Magic intends to further expand offline brand experience spaces based at major SK Telecom stores nationwide.
