Sinchon Munhwa Baljeonso Special Exhibition 'Changes Every Day' Opens
Introducing Diverse Works by Young Visual Artists... Exhibition of Paintings and Illustrations Capturing Daily Changing Emotions
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Moon Seok-jin) is holding a planned exhibition titled "Changing Every Day" from the 20th of this month until July 25 at Sinchon Culture Development Center (57 Yonsei-ro 2na-gil), a youth cultural and artistic community space.
In this exhibition, three young visual artists?Lee Saerom, Jeon Inbeom, and Jo Eun-kyo?participate, showcasing about 30 paintings and illustrations that capture warm daily life and emotions that change every day.
Lee Saerom, who is actively engaged in creative activities in fields such as motion graphics, illustration, and editorial design, attempted a three-dimensional exhibition composition utilizing the Sinchon Culture Development Center space.
Jeon Inbeom, who also published the illustrated book "Water That Forgets Love - Mangjeongsu (忘情水)," expressed everyday scenes and small stories of May using pencil and watercolor tools.
Jo Eun-kyo, who won the grand prize at the "1st ArtMe Young Artist Contest," layered oil pastels and acrylic paints multiple times to express the unique coloring and texture of the works.
The exhibition is free (closed on Mondays and public holidays) and operates following quarantine guidelines such as wearing masks and regular disinfection to prevent COVID-19.

The Sinchon Culture Development Center, where this exhibition is held, opened in June 2018 to support the creative activities of young cultural artists. Since last month, visitors can conveniently access the venue using the outdoor escalator installed at the entrance stairs of the Sinchon-dong Community Center.
