40s Worker Dies at Incheon Coupang Logistics Center
A man in his 40s working at Coupang's logistics center in Incheon suddenly collapsed and died. According to the Incheon Western Fire Station on the 28th, the man, identified as Mr. A in his 40s, was found collapsed in the restroom on the 4th floor of the Coupang Incheon logistics center in Seo-gu, Incheon, at around 2:40 a.m. the previous day.
When the paramedics arrived at the scene after receiving a 119 emergency call, the man was reported to be in cardiac arrest. The paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and transported Mr. A to a nearby hospital, but he was pronounced dead. The cause of death has not yet been confirmed.

Mr. A was identified as a contract worker, not a regular employee. This logistics center is different from the Bucheon and Goyang logistics centers, which were recently closed due to confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
