[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Gominhyeong] The Buan-gun Agricultural Technology Center (Director Kang Seongseon) Starfish Resource Center will begin supplying starfish liquid fertilizer (brand name Bulpam) to local horticultural farmers and environmentally friendly agriculture interested farmers starting from the 28th.
The Starfish Resource Center, which supplies Bulpam, sells starfish liquid fertilizer to farmers every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
The selling price is 22,000 KRW for 10 liters, including a container price of 2,000 KRW.
Bulpam is an organic agricultural material fermented and matured with EM, a beneficial microorganism, after washing the crown-of-thorns starfish, a marine pest, in freshwater to remove salt and impurities. It contains high levels of nitrogen, water-soluble potash, and water-soluble lime, making it a naturally fermented fertilizer that replaces chemical fertilizers and is expected to greatly contribute to the expansion of organic farming in Buan-gun.
