Cosmecca Korea explained, "The cosmetic puff manufactured using the membrane film according to this patent can discharge liquid cosmetics such as essence, toner, and oil to the outside of the puff by pressure applied during use, providing skin moisturizing and astringent effects. The outer layer is made of a material that allows liquid cosmetics to pass through but blocks the penetration of makeup cosmetics or bacteria from the outside, thereby effectively preventing bacteria and other contaminants from penetrating from the outside."
