Two Additional COVID-19 Cases Confirmed Among Church Members Attended by Brothers Infected in Gumi
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Gumi City, Gyeongbuk Province, announced on the 23rd that two additional people who had close contact with high school student A, a confirmed case of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), tested positive.
According to Gumi City, a woman in her 40s and a woman in her 70s living in Wonpyeong-dong tested positive that afternoon. They were confirmed to be church members along with a woman in her 40s and 50s and a man in his 60s who had previously tested positive. Gumi City and health authorities report that all five people confirmed positive that day had contact with the A brothers.
