According to the Jeonnam Fire Headquarters on the 22nd, Head Ma gave a special lecture to 55 trainees on the day about the national philosophy, integrity required as fire service officers, and the mindset needed for their duties.
After completing the training course, the new firefighters responsible for the safety of the residents entered the fire academy on the 6th and are receiving specialized training in fire, rescue, and emergency medical services, as well as basic education on being an honest public official and fostering a communicative organizational culture. The training period is a total of 10 weeks.
The special lecture, which was a meeting between seniors and juniors regardless of rank, was conducted in a free conversational style and is regarded as an opportunity for the new trainees to reaffirm their mindset as firefighters.
