Seoul Women's University Alum Park Jong-hee Donates 100 Million Won to Changhoon Scholarship Fund
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Seoul Women's University announced on the 22nd that it held a donation ceremony for the 'Changhoon Scholarship' on the 19th at the Seoul Women's University Administration Building. The Changhoon Scholarship was established by Park Jeonghee, a graduate of the first class, as a fund to nurture fashion designers, and has supported more than 30 students with scholarships over the past 20 years. In April of this year, an additional 100 million KRW was donated, bringing the total fund to 400 million KRW. Park said, "I also received scholarships and remember the difficult times during my university years, which inspired me to support this scholarship," adding, "I will continue to cheer for the development of the school."
