[Photo] NH Nonghyup Bank Delivers COVID-19 Relief Donations and Supplies to Eunpyeong-gu
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) held a donation ceremony with NH Nonghyup Bank (President Son Byung-hwan) on the 18th to overcome COVID-19.
NH Nonghyup Bank donated spring onions worth 2 million KRW to the Eunpyeong Food Market to support low-income vulnerable groups who are experiencing difficulties in daily life such as meals due to COVID-19.
The donated goods were prepared by NH Nonghyup Bank with the purpose of helping farms affected by COVID-19 and supporting vulnerable households, and will be delivered to social welfare facilities operating meal services within Eunpyeong-gu through the Eunpyeong Food Bank Market.
Park Tae-seon, Vice President who attended the donation ceremony, said, "I hope this can be of some help during this difficult time for everyone due to COVID-19," and added, "We will continue to devote ourselves to social contribution through practical activities such as financial education for vulnerable youth."
