[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Netmarble announced on the 19th that it has ranked first in the game category for three consecutive years in the '2020 8th Korea Digital Customer Satisfaction Survey (HTHI)' hosted by the Korea Marketing Association.
Now in its 8th year, the Digital Customer Satisfaction Survey is a model that evaluates companies' marketing competitiveness using social media networks (SNS).
Netmarble scored a total of 799 points in the survey, securing first place in the game category. In particular, it received positive evaluations for its diverse activities on Facebook, YouTube, and blog channels.

Last year, Netmarble won two awards at the '12th Korea Communication Awards,' receiving both the Korea Social Media Award and the Korea Content Award.
