Appointment of Former MOLIT Director Kim Yong-seok as New Deputy Administrator of Saemangeum Development and Investment Agency
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Administrative City Construction Agency announced on the 15th that Kim Yong-seok, former Director of the Road Bureau at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, has been appointed as the new Deputy Administrator of the Agency for Administrative City Construction.
Deputy Administrator Kim was born in Jangheung, Jeonnam, graduated from Uijeongbu High School and Sungkyunkwan University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, and earned a master's degree in Transportation from Cranfield University in the UK.

Kim, who entered public service by passing the 35th Administrative Examination in 1992, has held key positions including Director of Airport Navigation Policy at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Director of Vehicle Management, Head of the Vehicle Safety and Service Planning Division, Director of Transportation Policy Coordination, and Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He also served as Director of the Infrastructure Bureau at the Agency for Administrative City Construction.
