'Seoul Special City Architecture Award' Contest Enhancing Citizens' Quality of Life
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 13th that it will accept submissions for the '38th Seoul Metropolitan Government Architecture Awards' from the 14th until July 3rd.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government Architecture Awards recognize outstanding buildings that embody the public, artistic, and technical values of architecture, enhancing the quality of life for citizens.
This year, Seoul will award a total of 31 prizes across five categories: 'General Architecture,' 'Green Architecture,' 'Master Architect,' 'University Student Division,' and a newly established 'Niche Architecture Division,' which is the theme of the '2020 12th Seoul Architecture Festival.' Procedures and schedules vary by category, and detailed information about the university student division will be announced separately on the 21st.
