Hansome Collaborates with BTS... "Unveils Capsule Collection"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Handsome’s men’s and women’s casual brands System and System Homme are launching the ‘BTS Capsule Collection’.
Handsome, a fashion specialist company affiliated with Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 12th that its men’s and women’s casual brands System and System Homme are collaborating with BTS to release the first ‘System and System Homme BTS’ capsule collection.
This collection consists of a total of 25 models, including 20 clothing items such as T-shirts, shirts, dresses, and hoodies, and 5 accessory items such as hats and socks, inspired by BTS’s representative song ‘Blood Sweat & Tears.’
The products featured in this first capsule collection apply graphic details and objects from the ‘Blood Sweat & Tears’ music video to the clothing, utilizing System and System Homme’s unique designs and diverse colors.
A Handsome official stated, “System, System Homme, and BTS have each created original styles and cultures representing Korea in different fields. In this collaboration project, we stylishly incorporated the identities of both brands into the clothing under the theme of ‘uniqueness and coolness.’”
This capsule collection can be pre-purchased on the special collection website and BTS’s official merchandise commerce platform, Weverse Shop. On the special site, pre-orders will be available from the 18th, and on Weverse Shop, some products can be pre-ordered starting from the 14th on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customers who pre-order will receive a key holder printed with the English title of ‘Blood Sweat & Tears’ and the System logo as a gift. The official offline release date is the 27th, and the collection will be available at 32 System and System Homme stores nationwide, including Hyundai Department Store Trade Center Branch and Pangyo Branch.
A Handsome official added, “This project was planned for millennial consumers at home and abroad who love System, System Homme, and BTS. We plan to continue promoting the excellence of K-fashion in the global fashion market through diverse and new trending content.”
