Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Accepts Voluntary Retirement Applications for the First Time in 3 Years
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on the 7th that it will accept applications for voluntary retirement for two weeks starting from the 11th.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance explained that in preparation for this voluntary retirement, it developed retiree job roles that utilize the experience and expertise accumulated by employees during their tenure, and prepared 12 career transition support programs that employees with diverse career backgrounds can apply for.
Moving beyond support focused on retirement severance pay, the company provides career transition support programs and external professional career consulting services, enabling employees to actively redesign and challenge their second life after retirement with practical support.
The application eligibility is general employees aged 45 or older or with more than 20 years of continuous service.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance conducted voluntary retirement programs in 2016 and 2017.
