The Excellent Company Certification System is a program that certifies and supports companies in the shipping and port industry located in Busan by classifying them into four levels according to certification standards set by the city. This year's certification targets are ship supplies suppliers and ship repair companies.
The city plans to expand the scope to related industries such as ship management and fuel supply in the future and develop it into a representative domestic shipping and port industry certification system.
Excellent companies that receive certification will be granted the right to use the certification brand and provided with incentives such as support for obtaining international standard certification (ISO) and participation in international exhibitions.
Applications for certification can be submitted online from the 6th on the 'WeBUSAN' website, or by visiting or mailing to the Busan Technopark Marine Logistics Industry Center.
