LF MOG Studio Launches Wireless Dehumidifier for Wardrobes
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] LF (CEO Gyusik Oh) announced on the 6th that its official online shopping mall LF Mall's living PB brand MOG Studio is launching a new 'Dearmi' wireless dehumidifier that combines both dehumidifying power and convenience ahead of the rainy season, and is conducting pre-orders.
The Dearmi wireless dehumidifier for wardrobes is an eco-friendly product using silica gel that can be used semi-permanently, differentiating it from disposable calcium chloride dehumidifiers. Silica gel, with its porous structure and large internal surface area, absorbs a large amount of moisture from the air, can be dried and reused, and is approved as a food and drug additive, making it safe to use.
The Dearmi wireless dehumidifier has a maximum dehumidifying capacity of 100ml and functions to remove humidity and odors while suppressing the occurrence of dust mites. When the silica gel beads visible on the top of the product change color from orange to green, charging the dehumidifier electrically for 2 hours dries the moisture absorbed by the silica gel, restoring it to its original state. This method allows continuous use without replacing the internal silica gel or other filters.
The stylish design, which won the 2020 iF Design Award, is also an advantage. The clean white color with a 360-degree vertical stripe pattern creates a simple yet sophisticated look while maximizing the surface area in contact with air to enhance dehumidifying power. The set includes three wireless dehumidifiers and one wired charger, priced at 94,900 KRW.
Meanwhile, LF Mall is offering pre-orders for the Dearmi wireless dehumidifier until 10 a.m. on the 11th, with an early bird discount price of 81,000 KRW, reduced by 13,900 KRW from the regular price during this period only. Pre-ordered products will be shipped collectively on the 15th. Events related to the Dearmi wireless dehumidifier and early bird pre-orders can be found in the LF Mall special exhibition.
