On the 2nd (local time), Daniel Wulfelder, a lawyer residing in Florida, USA, dressed as the Grim Reaper and visited a beach in Walton County near Florida.
On that day, Wulfelder wrapped his body and face with black cloth and walked along the beach holding a black scythe symbolizing the Grim Reaper. In an interview with the American media 'CNN,' Wulfelder explained the reason for dressing as the Grim Reaper, saying, "There are too many people," and "Allowing the reopening of beaches during the (COVID-19) pandemic could put the community at risk."
He added, "Right now, we lack testing frequency and data," expressing concern that "we are not prepared to respond to the global pandemic."
