The actual transaction prices for detached houses in April are as follows.
Seoul area saw detached house prices ranging from a minimum of 4.98 million KRW to a maximum of 46.48 million KRW per 3.3㎡. A detached house located in Guro-dong, Guro-gu (land area 30㎡) was sold for 70 million KRW at the lowest price, while a detached house in Dongbinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu (land area 251㎡) was sold for 2.95 billion KRW at the highest price.
Busan area had detached house prices ranging from a minimum of 900,000 KRW to a maximum of 46.06 million KRW per 3.3㎡. A detached house in Uam-dong, Nam-gu (land area 16.1㎡) was sold for 15 million KRW at the lowest price, and a detached house in Buam-dong, Busanjin-gu (land area 311㎡) was sold for 2.35 billion KRW at the highest price.
