As of 2 p.m. that day, Ulsan's turnout rate was 6.33%, already surpassing the 5.29% turnout rate recorded on the first day of the 20th general election. If an additional 1.34% is added in the remaining two hours, it will be the first time early voting turnout reaches double digits on the first day.
By district and county, Ulju-gun currently shows the highest turnout rate at 9.50%, followed by Jung-gu at 8.78%, Dong-gu at 8.73%, Nam-gu at 8.42%, and Buk-gu at 7.84%.
