Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled Announces Call for Papers on Disability Employment... Submit Proposals by June
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled Employment Development Institute is calling for research papers for the Disabled Employment Panel Academic Conference and a thesis competition for domestic and international university (graduate) students to promote research that supports the development of employment policies for the disabled.
The research paper topics are open to any subject related to disabled employment, and the content must be based on data from three survey statistics produced and distributed by the Employment Development Institute (Disabled Economic Activity Survey, Disabled Employment Panel Survey, and Enterprise Disabled Employment Status Survey).
In the general category, professors, PhD holders, and researchers from research institutions can submit papers. The thesis competition for university (graduate) students is open to domestic and international undergraduate and graduate students (including those on leave) interested in disabled statistics, as well as those expected to graduate in the first half of 2021.
Research proposals must be submitted via email by June 26. The results of the research proposal review will be announced on July 3, and the selected research papers must be submitted by October 5. Outstanding papers from the university (graduate) student thesis competition will be presented at the academic conference scheduled for November 13.
