'Doctor' Jo Joo-bin Received a Police Commendation Two Years Ago

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Jo Joo-bin (24), who is accused of producing and distributing sadistic sexual exploitation videos of minors and women under the name "Doctor," was revealed to have received a certificate of appreciation from the police two years ago.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 29th that they confirmed Jo received a certificate of appreciation in January 2018 from the Michuhol Police Station in Incheon (formerly the Incheon Nambu Police Station).

Previously, on an internet community, a person presumed to be Jo shared a photo of the certificate of appreciation he received, sparking controversy. Although part of the content in the attached photo was obscured, considering the timing and details, the poster is believed to be Jo.
