According to the Daegu city regular briefing on the 29th, Mr. A, who was hospitalized at Gunsan Medical Center after being confirmed with COVID-19 and discharged on the 21st after recovery, was diagnosed positive again.
He developed symptoms two days after discharge, underwent retesting at the Daegu Medical Center screening clinic, and tested positive on the 26th. He is currently hospitalized and receiving treatment at Keimyung University Daegu Dongsan Hospital.
During the epidemiological investigation, the taxi driver who transported this patient was classified as a close contact and underwent diagnostic testing, which came back negative.
