[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shin Chang-jae, chairman of Kyobo Life Insurance, has been reappointed as an inside director.
Kyobo Life Insurance held the 63rd regular general shareholders' meeting on the morning of the 27th at the Kyobo Life Insurance Building in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and reappointed Chairman Shin as an inside director. As outside directors, Kim Soon-seok, dean of Chonnam National University Law School, and Ji Beom-ha, professor at Handong University (also serving as an audit committee member), were newly appointed.
