[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Samsung C&T will offer for sale next month the 'Raemian Yongdu 6 District (tentative name)', a redevelopment complex in Yongdu 6 District, Yongdu-dong 753-9, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
Raemian Yongdu 6 District consists of 16 buildings with a total of 1,048 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 21 floors above ground. Among them, 477 units with exclusive areas of 51 to 121㎡ will be available for general sale.
The complex is arranged mainly facing south to maximize natural lighting and is designed as a 'park-type apartment' with 100% underground parking. A Samsung C&T official said, "This is a large branded apartment complex adjacent to subway stations, and the infrastructure in the area is continuously improving, attracting many interested customers," adding, "Especially, there are many inquiries from young people in their 30s and 40s." The scheduled sale date is July 2022.
