View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), Dankook University canceled its entrance ceremony and held a YouTube live broadcast for new students.
Dankook University announced that on the 26th at 5:30 PM, it held 'Dankkul Live: 2020 New Students Gather' for new students.
This online entrance ceremony provided information on academic schedules, campus guidance, club information, dating counseling, school cafeterias, as well as popular restaurants around the campus through the YouTube channel.
Through YouTube chat, real-time Q&A and participatory events were conducted with the university president and student council president. To celebrate the entrance, Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon (Department of Private Education, Class of '79), history lecturer Seol Min-seok (Department of Theater and Film, Class of '94), and actor Park Hae-soo (Department of Theater and Film, Class of '00) sent congratulatory videos, attracting attention.
