Suncheon Medical Center, 10 of 28 COVID-19 Patients from Daegu Region Discharged

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Suncheon Medical Center announced that among the 28 COVID-19 confirmed patients transferred from the Daegu area to Suncheon Medical Center for treatment on the 13th, 5 patients were declared fully recovered and discharged on the 21st, and another 5 on the 24th.
The discharged patients met the criteria for release from isolation after testing negative in two consecutive rounds of real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) tests conducted by the Jeollanam-do Health and Environment Research Institute on the 19th and 23rd.
Currently, at Suncheon Medical Center, out of the 28 patients admitted on the 13th, 10 have fully recovered and been discharged, while 18 remain under treatment.
