Tenant Sets Fire Just 3 Days After Moving In, Causing Landlord's Death

The fire was extinguished within about 10 minutes by the 119 emergency responders who arrived after receiving a report of "flames visible at the house," but during the internal search, the homeowner Kim Mo (89, female) was found dead.
According to the investigation, Kim, who moved in three days ago through an introduction by an acquaintance, has been hospitalized for alcohol dependence and bipolar disorder and was recently discharged from the hospital. It was also revealed that Kim had a history of arson in the past.
