Woori Bank Renews Gangnam Station Branch as a Digital Finance Store
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Woori Bank announced on the 24th that it has renewed its Gangnam Station branch in Seoul as a digital financial branch.
The branch is equipped with a Digital Zone and a Consultation Zone.
In the Digital Zone, customers can use the ‘Smart Kiosk’ to independently handle new services and various change requests related to deposits, foreign exchange, electronic finance, and cards. It is also possible to process some loan services such as new and extended secured deposit loans. A digital experience screen is provided so that customers can try using the kiosk in advance, and dedicated staff are assigned to guide first-time visitors, making it easy and convenient to use.
The Consultation Zone offers advanced financial consultation services. In a separate waiting area, dedicated staff for each service such as asset management products, corporate finance, and personal credit provide customized services to customers. A consultation reservation system will be introduced in the future to further enhance customer convenience.
The Digital Zone operates from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM (dedicated staff are present from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and the Consultation Zone operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the same hours as a regular branch.
