DA Technology's Audit Report 'Unqualified'... "Efforts to Improve Performance through Customer Diversification"
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] DA Technology, a company specializing in secondary battery equipment, announced on the 23rd that it received an unqualified opinion in its audit report.
The submission of the audit report was originally scheduled for the 20th, but the disclosure was delayed due to the late submission of settlement data from affiliated companies. The company explained that contrary to some concerns, there were no accounting issues, and the audit report received an unqualified opinion.
DA Technology plans to continue its sales growth trend following last year. The company recorded consolidated sales of 108.8 billion KRW last year, an 18% increase compared to the previous year. This year, it aims to diversify its customer base based on its technology related to secondary battery equipment.
Interest in the electric vehicle market remains strong. According to market research firm SNE Research, the global electric vehicle market is expected to expand from 6.1 million units last year to 22 million units by 2025. The secondary battery market size is also expected to grow at an average annual rate of 22% until 2025.
