The newly opened Changwon Service Center is located near Jinyeong IC and Dongchangwon IC, making it easy to access nearby cities. As Gimhae and Changwon emerge as key transportation hubs and logistics bases in the southeastern region, it is expected to have a geographical advantage that improves customer accessibility.
The Changwon Service Center is built as a European-style service center according to Scania's global standards, with a total area of 1165㎥. It offers services including vehicle inspection, general maintenance, bodywork, and painting through six workshops equipped with advanced equipment and skilled technicians. Auxiliary facilities such as a customer-exclusive lounge are also provided for visiting customers. Additionally, since it is located within the NaeTruck House in Gimhae, customers can conveniently use the freight-related services, parking, and convenience facilities of NaeTruck House.
Scania Korea has established a nationwide network of 24 service centers, including the Changwon Service Center. The Changwon Service Center is the fifth service center in the Gyeongnam region, following Yangsan, Sacheon, New Port, and South Busan. Through the Changwon Service Center, the company plans to enhance accessibility for customers in the Gyeongnam region and strengthen customer service.
