[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The Yongsan-gu Volunteer Center in Seoul (Director Yesun Cho) conducted a 'Kind Mask Sharing' safety campaign on the 20th at Yongsan Station to prevent COVID-19.
The Kind Mask campaign is a movement with the slogan "I will yield to those in need," encouraging people to prioritize the use of scarce medical masks for those who truly need them, such as healthcare workers and vulnerable health groups.
Participants donate their spare medical masks (KF80, KF94) and receive cloth masks and portable hand sanitizers in exchange.
The donated masks will be distributed to vulnerable groups within the community.
The center will continue the campaign with volunteers on the 23rd, 25th, and 30th of this month from 2 PM to 5 PM.
