SK Broadband Offers One Month Free Support for Call Center Solutions
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] SK Broadband is offering its 'Cloud Contact Center' solution, which allows call center operations to be conducted using only a PC without separate call center equipment, free of charge for one month to corporate phone customers.
On the 19th, SK Broadband announced that it decided to provide this support to assist small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners struggling with call center operations due to the recent spread of COVID-19 in call centers. The 'Cloud Contact Center' is a cloud-based call center solution operated in a secure data center, providing all necessary functions for operating small to medium-sized call centers (with 30 or fewer agents), including consultation management, recording, and statistics. It can be accessed via a web application on a PC, and through the 'softphone' feature within the solution, users can connect earphones or headsets to their PC to make calls and handle consultations, enabling agents to work remotely from home.
