Busan Port Authority Donates 10 Million Won in Onnuri Gift Certificates to Vulnerable Children in Daegu and Gyeongbuk
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jonghyo] Busan Port Authority announced on the 17th that it has delivered 10 million won worth of Onnuri gift certificates to the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation Daegu·Gyeongbuk branch to support 100 vulnerable children households in the Daegu·Gyeongbuk region, where the COVID-19 situation is most severe.
This donation of Onnuri gift certificates was promoted to indirectly support small business owners and traditional market merchants in the Daegu·Gyeongbuk area who are experiencing difficulties in their livelihoods due to social distancing. Onnuri gift certificates worth 100,000 won each will be provided to 100 vulnerable households.
Busan Port Authority also donated 10 million won and 5 million won respectively last month and this month to support vulnerable groups in the Busan area with masks and hand sanitizers.
