Repeated Drunk Driving Accidents in Gwangju Including Cases of Climbing on Vehicles

According to the Gwangju Western Police Station on the 13th, at around 9:20 PM the previous day, Mr. A (30) was driving his vehicle under the influence of alcohol on a side street in Chipyeong-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, when he collided with a parked car.
After hitting the parked car, Mr. A attempted to flee without taking any further action, but when nearby citizens urged him to get out of the car, he continued to escape.
During his escape, Mr. A collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle while continuing to press the accelerator pedal. The chase ended when he crashed into other parked cars and climbed onto a foreign vehicle.
It is known that Mr. A damaged a total of five vehicles.
Investigations revealed that at the time of the accident, Mr. A's blood alcohol concentration was 0.207% (license revoked).
A similar drunk driving incident occurred around the same time, where another vehicle crashed into a commercial building.
According to the Gwangju Southern Police Station, at around 9 PM the previous day, Mr. B (55) drove his vehicle into a clothing store at an intersection in Juwol-dong, Nam-gu.
There were no customers in the store at the time, so no casualties occurred, but the store's glass window was severely damaged.
Mr. B's blood alcohol concentration was found to be 0.048% (license revoked).

The police have booked Mr. B on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act and are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
