According to the Daegu Meteorological Office, the area will be on the edge of a high-pressure system over the East Sea, then influenced by a low-pressure system approaching near Shanghai, China. It will be clear initially, but gradually become cloudy from the afternoon, with rain falling at night. Expected precipitation is 10 to 30 mm.
The morning low temperatures will be -1°C in Gimcheon, 0°C in Andong, 4°C in Daegu and Uljin, 5°C in Pohang, ranging from -2°C to 5°C overall. The daytime high temperatures will be 14°C in Uljin, 15°C in Daegu, Pohang, and Gimcheon, and 16°C in Andong, similar to the previous day.
Fine dust levels will be at a 'normal' level.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the southern East Sea coastal and offshore areas, as well as the central East Sea offshore area.

A Daegu Meteorological Office official advised, "Fog with visibility less than 1 km may occur mainly in inland Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas, so please be cautious for traffic safety."
