The Daedong-myeon Administrative Welfare Center in Gimhae City announced on the 8th that Son Byeong-cheol, chairman of Daedong High-Tech, donated 10,000 masks worth approximately 35 million KRW for the elderly and vulnerable groups in Daedong-myeon.

The Administrative Welfare Center will distribute the donated masks to all households in Gamcheon Village, where confirmed cases occurred, and to elderly residents aged 65 and over in the area through village chiefs. Chairman Son said, "I wanted to help prevent further spread of COVID-19 and assist the hometown elders who have difficulty purchasing masks," adding, "I will continue to live a life of sharing with the local community."
