Man in his 50s caught after damaging electronic ankle bracelet and fleeing found to be driving under the influence and without a license

According to Muan Police Station on the 6th, a report was received at the Daejeon Location Tracking Control Center that A (53), living on Muan-ro, damaged his electronic ankle bracelet and fled to an unknown location at around 8:38 PM on the 5th.
The police urgently tracked A and reportedly made an emergency arrest in front of the Donghak Revolution Memorial Hall in Jangheung-eup at around 10:35 PM that day.
At the time of arrest, A was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of 0.130% and was driving without a license.
