Jangseong-gun "Helping Small Business Owners"... 30% Off 3 Months of Water Utility Bills
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Gilsu] Jangseong-gun, Jeonnam announced on the 4th that it will promote a 'Water Utility Fee Reduction for Small Business Owners.'
The county will reduce water utility fees by 30% for three months starting from this month's bill to ease the difficulties faced by small business owners suffering from operational challenges due to decreased consumption caused by COVID-19.
The reduction targets are businesses located in Jangseong-gun with fewer than five regular employees. Manufacturing, construction, transportation, and mining sectors are excluded.
Small business owners wishing to receive the reduction must submit an application form, a copy of their business registration certificate, and a small business confirmation certificate to the nearest eup/myeon administrative welfare center or the Jangseong-gun Clean Water Management Office by the 31st.
Yoo Doo-seok, the mayor of Jangseong-gun, said, "I hope this will provide some economic relief to small business owners who are experiencing severe consumption contraction and sales decline due to the spread of COVID-19."
