Yesty Expands Supply of 'PCO Equipment' to SK Hynix
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Jeong-su] YESTY, a specialized company in display and semiconductor heat treatment equipment, announced on the 2nd that it will expand the supply of PCO equipment to SK Hynix.
PCO is a pressurized cure (Cuer) equipment developed and produced by YESTY. It is similar to YESTY's main product, Autoclave equipment, and is applied in semiconductor packaging testing.
YESTY began full-scale supply of PCO equipment to SK Hynix in September last year. With this order, the supply volume will increase. Delivery is scheduled until May.
According to YESTY, pressurized cure equipment is applied not only in Samsung Electronics' semiconductor processes but also in panel level packaging (PLP) processes. As supply expands to SK Hynix processes, both the suppliers and supply areas are expanding.

A YESTY official said, "Recently, we have also been continuously receiving orders for semiconductor chillers, baker ovens, and semiconductor furnace equipment from Samsung Electronics," adding, "Although the scale is not large enough to require mandatory disclosure as a single order, the total amount of recent orders received is significant."
