First, remote work will be conducted within the scope that does not interfere with work, comprehensively considering the nature of each department's tasks and staffing situation. The operation types of remote work are divided into full-day, Group A, and Group B.
For departments that require on-site work, employees will be divided into two groups, A and B, to work. During remote work hours, employees are required to be on call by phone and system standby at home. Group A's company working hours are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Group B works from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
For essential personnel involved in live broadcasts, schedules will be determined separately according to broadcast times. Pregnant employees will work remotely full-time. The implementation period will be extended weekly depending on the spread of COVID-19 infection.
Gongyoung Home Shopping has been designated as a government official mask sales channel. Since the 17th, it has been conducting daily guerrilla broadcasts for masks and hand sanitizers.
Additionally, thorough management is being carried out to prevent COVID-19 infection. This includes checking employees' body temperatures, wearing masks all day, disinfecting all work areas, and verifying visits and contacts with specific internal and external persons, focusing all efforts on safety management.
