[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] On the 27th, LS Group donated 300 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea to support the prevention and overcoming of the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
This donation from LS Group will mainly be used for medical supplies such as protective suits for medical staff in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, which have been severely affected by COVID-19, as well as support for vulnerable groups.
Chairman Koo Ja-yeol of LS Group said, "Now is the time for everyone, regardless of nation or region, to unite with one heart and work in unison to prevent the spread of COVID-19."
