The Ministry of Personnel Management stated in a press release that "in light of the upgrade of the COVID-19 crisis alert level to 'serious' and reflecting the health authorities' opinion that 'the next one to ten days will be a critical turning point in controlling the spread of COVID-19,' this urgent decision was made to prioritize the health and safety of examinees and the public and to prevent community spread."
Related notices will be provided through the 'Cyber National Examination Center,' and individual guidance will be sent to examinees via text messages. The Ministry will monitor the COVID-19 situation and reschedule the exams to be held after April.
