Gwangju City Operates 'One-Stop Financial Counseling' for Dual-Income Couples
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] The Work-Life Balance Support Center for Working Moms under the Gwangju Metropolitan City Work-Life Balance Support Headquarters announced on the 25th that it is operating a 'One-Stop Financial Consultation' service to resolve the financial difficulties faced by dual-income couples experiencing economic hardships due to parental leave and other reasons.
This financial consultation, implemented as a new project this year, was established to provide practical support to dual-income families facing economic difficulties such as income reduction, various debts, and living expenses, following labor consultations and psychological counseling.
The one-stop financial consultation is conducted through a total of three sessions per person in the following order: ▲Analysis and diagnosis (income level, assets, and debt diagnosis) ▲Financial consulting (debt situation, asset formation methods, retirement plans, etc.) ▲Implementation support (methods to execute consulting results, simulation of household structure changes). The consultations are conducted one-on-one by financial consultants registered as family-friendly professionals at the Work-Life Balance Support Headquarters.
The financial consultation is available to a total of 15 people on a first-come, first-served basis, and participation is free of charge. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Work-Life Balance Support Headquarters.
Working moms and dads who wish to participate can download the application form from the Gwangju city website or the Work-Life Balance Support Headquarters website and submit it via email or fax.
