[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Pohang City, Gyeongbuk Province, announced on the 24th that one more person tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The number of COVID-19 confirmed cases in the Pohang area has increased to 11.
The patient confirmed to be infected on this day is an 18-year-old woman living in Nam-gu. Since the 19th, she showed symptoms such as headache, fever, and cough, and on the 21st, she visited a nearby hospital and pharmacy for treatment.
After being tested at the Nam-gu Public Health Center screening clinic on the 22nd, she was confirmed positive on the 24th.
It was confirmed that she visited Daegu Dongseong-ro on the 15th, before symptoms appeared.
